Ask yourself, if not now then when? Life is too short to keep playing small. R is for realisations. You’ll come to many realisations about yourself, and others. Through realisation comes true understanding. A is for answering questions. You’ll be the one answering the questions. Because only you know the right answers. Only you know you. N is for negative thoughts. We often have these. There’s nothing wrong with that. But to transform them we must recognise them first. S is for scary. Transformation can be scary. It’s new, it’s unfamiliar and it can be intense. But you won’t be doing it alone. I’ll be here to guide you. I’ve known scary and I've done scary. And survived. F is for feelings. Yes we’ll talk about feelings. Often people ignore or suppress these. It’s often why there’s so much underlying unhappiness. Why do we ignore them? We aren’t human if we don’t feel. O is for openness. Transformation requires openness. But it’s up to me to help create a safe and confidential space for you to do that. If you embrace being open, it will help make your transformation smoother. R is for relationships. Relationships can improve with transformation. With yourself. With others. Sometimes it takes someone else to hold up a mirror, so that you can look into it properly and reflect on who exactly is looking back at you.
