Every engagement starts with The Explorer, a paid 60-minute Clarity Session. If you continue, it counts as your first session. Fees for all sessions and coaching are set out in my application form, which I'll send you once you get in touch.
1. The Explorer: Clarity Session
Go on an initial quest to get the clarity you need to face your career crossroads. You get:
A focused, paid 60-minute online working session with me, not a sales call. You'll leave with:
a clear read on what's really driving your situation, not just the symptoms
the one or two priorities that matter most right now, and what you can stop worrying about
next steps you've decided on yourself, ready to act on
Where it helps, I can share how I'd approach it, having been both the adviser and the client. You decide which you need.
If you continue to The Voyager or The Commander within 14 days, your Clarity Session becomes your first session and the fee is credited to your first month.
2. The Voyager: 3 months of 1:1 coaching
Three months to work through a decision or transition properly: what's driving it, what you want, and how to get there. You get:
Six 60 minute online sessions, fortnightly
Support between sessions by call or email
Practical work between sessions to put each step into action
3. The Commander: 6 months of 1:1 coaching
Six months for changes that take longer: stepping into partnership or advancing in it, returning from leave, a move between firms or in-house, or leading a team through change. You get:
Twelve 60 minute online sessions, fortnightly
Support between sessions by call or email
Practical work between sessions to put each step into action
